Derrick Vayden
Character Info
Ice Nine Kills' The Box begins playing in the arena as the lights in the arena go out. The music kicks in and as it does, red strobe lights flash, lighting up a hooded, masked figure at the top of the ramp. When the first verse begins, the lights stop flashing, leaving the arena bathed in red light, aside from the spotlight on Vayden, which is now white. He stands there for a few moments before beginning his march to the ring.
"All hail the priest of Hell
Master of sin
Bow to the needles and pins
'Cause the puzzle's in pieces again
DEMONS BECOME ANGELS TO SOME"
As he walks, Vayden slowly looks around at the fans around him. He doesn't do anything but stare at the fans trying to get a high five from him. However as he passes by children who reach for him, he stops and extends a fist to them, bumping it against the kid's before moving on to the next and eventually the ring.
Derrick comes to ringside and crawls under the bottom rope, crawling across to the other side of the ring and looking out into the crowd from between the bottom and middle rope.
"So drag me back to Hell
Master of sin
Where all of our troubles began
'Cause the puzzle's in pieces again
DEMONS BECOME ANGELS TO SOME"
Vayden hops to his feet and makes his way to the center of the ring, holding his arms out wide as the camera zooms in on his masked face. Slowly, he reaches his arm under his chin, pulling the mask off of his fiercely determined face. Finally he turns to his corner, setting his mask up on the ring post before removing his jacket and dropping it down to ringside.

Vayden is quite literally a different person inside the ring. The space between Derrick Vayden and The Wanderer becomes nearly non-existent. He is more vicious and cunning than his calm demeanor outside the ring would suggest, having very little regard for the rules.
Overwhelming assault mixed with tactical movements and bending the rules just enough to remain within them
Through the entire match, DV never rushes any movements, much like Michael Myers or Jason Voorhees, except for his curb stomp/V-Trigger finisher combo, when he goes full speed
Vayden never talks trash or plays to the crowd while in the ring. Aside from grunts or pained sounds, he is completely silent. He never plays to the crowd, focused solely on his opponent(s)
